The diagrams on the right show my general setup for shipping weights. If you believe that your shipping cost is incorrect, please email. I can get you an accurate quote.

All made-to-order garments should allow for 2 - 4 weeks for your order to be made and shipped

Rush orders: $25 extra

All packages that are not accepted at point of delivery are not the responsibility of Studio Ariel Lee Fan to re-ship or refund. 

We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as delivered, please contact your local post office to file a missing mail piece report. We are not responsible for delays in delivery. 

International customers are liable for all import duties and customs.
